Personal Assistant / House Manager

Primary Job Responsibilities (In Summary)

• Manage the Principal’s diary, appointments, correspondence, travel arrangements, personal engagements, reminders and other assigned personal matters.
• Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the household, including household staff, cleanliness, maintenance, supplies, laundry, wardrobe, guests and family events.
• Maintain accurate records of household expenses, purchases, inventories, bills, warranties, subscriptions, and maintenance schedules while ensuring proper authorisation and accountability.
• Coordinate household staff, contractors, artisans, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring instructions are properly executed and issues are resolved promptly.
• Anticipate the Principal’s needs, maintain action lists, monitor outstanding matters, follow up to completion, identify potential problems early and provide timely updates and practical solutions.

Major Requirements

• Degree/ HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum of four years’ relevant experience in Personal Assistance, Executive Assistance, House Management, Lifestyle Management or a similar trusted support role.
• Previous experience supporting a senior executive, entrepreneur, business owner or high-profile family would be an advantage.

Salary
Highly Negotiable.
