• Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or higher
• 1 to 2 years of experience in FMCG sales preferred
• Experience in field sales or route-to-market operations is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship management
• Good negotiation and selling skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and sales applications
• Good knowledge of the assigned territory
• High integrity, discipline, and accountability
• Resident within or near the assigned location
• Ability to meet daily sales and outlet coverage targets

• Conduct daily meetings and visits with customers in assigned territories
• Perform field sales activities to meet sales targets
• Identify and onboard new retail outlets
• Communicate product value, pricing, and promotions to customers
• Enhance product penetration and revenue growth
• Ensure product visibility through merchandising
• Build and maintain strong retailer relationships
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights
• Ensure accurate execution of sales routes and timely reporting
