Job Summary

• We are currently recruiting 10 Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing team in Asokoro Extension, Abuja.
• This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious, results-driven sales professionals who are passionate about real estate and eager to build a rewarding career with attractive earning potential.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for generating leads, marketing and selling residential and commercial properties, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
• In addition to a negotiable salary, successful candidates will earn 7% commission on every successful land and house sale, providing excellent income potential for high performers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Market and sell residential, commercial, and investment properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct property inspections and accompany clients on site visits.
• Advise clients on property options, pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate sales agreements and successfully close property transactions.
• Prepare and follow up on sales proposals, quotations, and client inquiries.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, clients, and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and property launches.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and other business development activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Stay informed about the Abuja real estate market, property values, and industry trends.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or a similar sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Abuja real estate market is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly motivated, confident, proactive, and target-driven.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Immediate availability is an added advantage.
