Job Summary

• We are looking for a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist / Guest Experience Officer to join our team and provide excellent service throughout the guest journey.
• The Receptionist / Guest Experience Officer will be responsible for welcoming guests and supporting a smooth arrival, stay and departure experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally.
• Confirm guest reservations, payments and identification.
• Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Explain apartment rules, Wi-Fi access and available services to guests.
• Respond promptly to calls, WhatsApp messages and guest requests.
• Maintain accurate guest, visitor and shift records.
• Coordinate and follow up on guest requests.
• Escalate maintenance, housekeeping and security issues to the appropriate team.
• Follow up to ensure reported guest issues and requests are resolved.
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional reception area.
• Complete proper handovers at the end of each shift.
• Provide a welcoming and professional guest experience at all times.

Requirements

• OND, HND or Bachelor's degree.
• Preferably a current NYSC Corps Memberor eligible to serve under the NYSC programme.
• Previous experience in front-desk, hospitality or customer-service roles.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, organised and attentive to detail.
• Professional and presentable appearance.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with guests.
• Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Previous hospitality, front-desk or customer-service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Salary
N120,000 Monthly.
