Sales Agent

Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting the company's products/services, generating sales leads, following up with prospects, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels.
• Promote and present the company's products/services to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads and enquiries to convert prospects into customers.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Negotiate with customers and handle sales objections professionally.
• Meet and consistently work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Prepare regular sales and activity reports.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors and market trends.
• Participate in promotional activities, customer visits, and sales campaigns when required.
• Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall business objectives.

Requirements

• OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field with 1 – 2 years of sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work with sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Good knowledge of Abuja and surrounding areas is an advantage.
• Candidates residing in or around Lugbe, Airport Road, and nearby areas are preferred, particularly where the role requires regular commuting to the location.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
