Job Title: Sales and Business Development Officer

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential customers.
• Promote the company’s internet plans and services.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable internet packages.
• Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Work with the technical and customer service teams to ensure smooth customer installation and onboarding.
• Monitor market and competitor activities.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information about services and pricing.

Requirements

• HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in an ISP or telecommunications company.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Target-driven and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to carry out field sales activities.
