Job Title: Sales Associate
Location: Benin, Edo

Responsibilities
- Ensure Stock re-order levels are maintained at the store
- Ensure store premises and displayed products are clean and dust free
- Process customer orders
- Package, label and dispatch customer orders for a damage free delivery
- Provide update to customers on orders dispatched
- Respond to client inquiries and complaints
- Acquaint self with all products and their uses
- Promote sales through customer visitation and online channels
- Collect and share customer feedback with Sales Manager
- Work to actualize and superseded weekly sales targets
- Ensure the security and safety of Self, Stock, Business premises and Assets at all times
- Render timely daily and weekly reports
Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Accounting or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in the same field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Verbal and written negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in applicable software and tools.
- Have the ability to build relationships.
- Must be an active listener.
Salary
N120,000 - N160,000 per month.
