Job Summary

• We are looking for a professional with a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, strong market knowledge, and the ability to drive revenue growth across multiple product categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell a wide range of pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, wholesalers, and other healthcare outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits and provide feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Ensure timely order generation, customer follow-up, and payment collection where required.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong network of contacts within pharmacies, hospitals, distributors, and healthcare institutions.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets consistently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare market.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates currently working or who have previously worked with pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, or wholesale pharmaceutical companies.
• Candidates with a strong record of growing sales territories and managing key accounts.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly + Attractive Performance-Based Commission
