Field Sales Manager at Kiyix Recruitment Hub (3 Openings)

Locations: Sagamu, Abeokuta - Ogun; Ibadan - Oyo; Ilorin - Kwara

Key Responsibilities (First 3 Months)

• Build and manage a high-performing field sales team organised by market clusters.
• Conduct in-depth market research to understand pricing trends, product preferences, customer behaviour, and competitor activities within assigned locations.
• Drive the onboarding and engagement of small to micro healthcare retailers.
• Lead the sales and distribution of the company’s aggregated product portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and market penetration goals.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular market intelligence and sales reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management, field sales, or business development.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or related sectors is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 per month.
