Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential buyers, tenants, and investors.
• Promote and market available properties.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
• Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable properties.
• Arrange property inspections and client meetings.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Negotiate with clients within approved company guidelines.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, viewings, and sales.
• Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
• Provide regular sales updates to management.

Requirements

• Minimum relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in real estate or a related customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work with sales targets.
• Professional appearance and attitude.

Remuneration

• N200,000 monthly.
• Commission on every property sold.
