About the Role

• We are seeking a passionate, ambitious, and results-driven Sales Executive to drive vehicle sales through both physical and digital channels.
• The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, presentable, customer-focused, and capable of generating leads, building relationships, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive vehicle sales through showroom, referral, networking, social media, and other digital channels.
• Generate, follow up, nurture, and convert leads into customers.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Present vehicles professionally, conduct product demonstrations and support test drives.
• Negotiate effectively, close sales, and consistently achieve assigned targets.
• Leverage social media and digital platforms to increase visibility and generate sales opportunities.
• Provide regular sales updates and maintain accurate customer and lead records.

Requirement
Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Strong social media, visual presentation, and online communication skills.
• Graduate of a recognised local university with a strong professional/social network.
• 3+ years’ experience in the local automobile/car dealership industry.

Additionally:

• Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or relevant qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong passion for sales and proven ability to achieve targets.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, ambitious, and result-oriented.
• Good appearance, confidence, and professional presentation.

Compensation

• N250,000 Gross Monthly + Commission + Other Attractive Benefits
• Performance-driven earning opportunities are available for successful candidates.
