About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage strategic client relationships.
• The ideal candidate will oversee the sales team, develop winning sales strategies, and explain nd our market presence while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to deliver outstanding performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure effective lead management, customer retention, and after-sales engagement.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and business performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, strategic planning, and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Salary
N500,000 - N1,000,000 based on experience.
