Sales Manager

About the Role

• We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager to join our Lekki real estate team.
• You’ll be selling residential, commercial properties, building client relationships, and closing deals in one of Lagos hottest markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads, conduct property viewings, negotiate, and close sales for apartments, land, and commercial units
• Build and maintain a pipeline of buyers, investors, and tenants. Follow up consistently till deal closes
• Stay updated on Lekki property trends, pricing, and competitor projects to advise clients
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and coordinate with legal/doc team for smooth transactions
• Meet monthly sales/letting targets and report weekly to management.

Requirements

• HND / BSc Degree
• 3-5 years sales experience in real estate
• Strong negotiation, communication, and people skills.
• Must be comfortable with targets
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and hungry to earn commission

Salary
N700,000 - N800,000 monthly.
