Admin Officer

About the Role

• We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Officer to support daily office operations and ensure the smooth running of our organization in Abuja.
• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, great with people, and able to handle multiple tasks with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office activities, supplies, and ensure a tidy, professional workspace
• Handle incoming/outgoing emails, calls, letters, and documents
• Manage meetings, appointments, and maintain the office calendar
• Keep accurate records, files, and databases for HR, finance, and operations
• Provide administrative support to management and other departments
• Coordinate office supply purchases and liaise with vendors
• Assist in planning staff meetings, trainings, and company events
• Ensure office policies and procedures are followed

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in an administrative role is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Professional, reliable, customer-focused, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 per month.
