Executive Assistant

Location: Abuja (FCT)

About the Role

• We are looking for a proactive, organized, and discreet Executive Assistant to support senior leader
• You’ll be the right hand for managing schedules, communications, and operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendar, schedule meetings, book travel, and handle logistics
• Draft emails, memos, reports, and correspondence on behalf of leadership
• Prepare documents, presentations, and meeting minutes. Maintain files and records
• Coordinate between departments, clients, and external stakeholders
• Handle confidential information, track action items, and follow up to ensure deadlines are met
• Anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• HND / BSc in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
• 3+ years as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
• Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
