Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our perfume retail team in Lekki.
- The ideal candidate should have previous retail sales experience, a strong interest in perfumes and fragrances, and the ability to create engaging social media content that promotes our products and attracts customers.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has a natural ability to sell, and is comfortable appearing in or creating content for social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers in-store and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customers' preferences and recommend suitable perfumes and fragrances.
- Actively promote and sell perfumes to customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Create engaging social media content around perfumes, fragrances, promotions, and new arrivals.
- Assist with creating short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
- Demonstrate perfumes and explain fragrance notes, longevity, and suitable occasions to customers.
- Follow up with customers where necessary to encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive retail space.
- Keep up with current perfume, fragrance, and social media trends.
- Support promotional campaigns and other sales activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer requests.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
- SSCE / GCE / NECO with 1-3 years experience.
- Previous experience in retail sales, perfume sales, beauty sales, fashion retail, or a related sales environment.
- Must be based in Lekki, Lagos.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to sell and persuade customers.
- Passion or strong interest in perfumes and fragrances.
- Basic knowledge of perfume types, fragrance notes, or the ability to learn quickly.
- Content creation skills are required, particularly for Instagram and TikTok.
- Comfortable creating or appearing in short-form video content.
- Proactive, confident, energetic, and target-driven.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
