Sales Specialist

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Specialist to manage and grow our channel network in Asaba.
• The role will focus on developing strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners while driving sales and market growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
• Drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners within the assigned territory.
• Monitor market activities, competitor movements, and customer trends.
• Ensure proper product availability and visibility across assigned channels.
• Support channel partners with product information, promotions, and sales activities.
• Conduct regular market visits and provide reports on market performance.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute channel strategies.
• Resolve channel-related issues and ensure good partner relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in channel sales, distribution, or business development.
• Experience in the energy / renewable energy industry is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the Asaba market and surrounding areas is an advantage.
