Job Summary

• The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the company's distribution network, and increasing market penetration within the assigned territory.
• The role involves developing strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers while ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by achieving assigned sales targets and expanding the customer base within the territory.
• Identify, recruit, and manage distributors, dealers, and other channel partners to strengthen market coverage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to maximize business opportunities and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing timely insights to support business decisions.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory updates while ensuring compliance with company policies and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the renewable energy, electrical, electronics.
• Proven experience in channel sales, distributor management, and territory development.
