Senior Account & Sales Manager

Job Summary

• The Senior Account & Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client accounts, and leading the sales team to achieve business targets.
• The role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients and business partners.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales/account management team.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Ensure excellent client service and timely resolution of client issues.
• Prepare regular sales and account management reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, account management, or agency operations.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
• Experience in advertising, promotional products, or a related agency environment is an advantage.
