Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Generate, qualify, and convert leads into profitable business.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Develop and present proposals, quotations, and business pitches.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
• Manage the sales pipeline and consistently follow up on prospects.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Project teams to support business growth.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and networking activities.
• Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
• Prepare regular reports on leads, opportunities, conversions, and business performance.

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• Must have 3-5 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the construction, or real estate sectors.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and identify new market opportunities.
• Self-driven with a passion for achieving results and closing deals.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is an advantage.
