About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive business growth.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience across marketing strategy, brand development, campaign management, market research, customer engagement, and digital marketing.
• We are looking for a well-rounded marketing professional who can independently manage marketing initiatives and translate business objectives into effective marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and coordinate integrated marketing activities across relevant channels.
• Support brand development, positioning, and market growth initiatives.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
• Develop marketing concepts, campaigns, communication materials, and promotional initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing activities for product launches, events, promotions, partnerships, and other business initiatives.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
• Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, media partners, and other external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, commercial, product, and other internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
• Identify emerging market trends and recommend opportunities to improve brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and execution.
• Strong understanding of brand management, market research, customer engagement, and integrated marketing.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to connect marketing activities to business objectives.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives independently and deliver results within deadlines.
• Creative, proactive, organised, and highly detail-oriented.
