Senior Sales Executive - Endoscopy

Purpose of the Role

• As Senior Sales Executive- Endoscopy, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and providing solutions tailored to the needs of hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities.
• This role requires an in-depth understanding of endoscopy products and technologies, alongside a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:

• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets for endoscopy products.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within assigned territory.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, physicians, and procurement teams.
• Provide excellent customer service and post-sale support, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Market Knowledge:

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in endoscopy.
• Provide feedback from the market to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Technical Expertise:

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s endoscopy portfolio and clinical applications.
• Support customers with product-related technical queries and usage guidance.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports and territory plans.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in endoscopy or related areas.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
