We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Solar Sales & Distribution Personnel

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time (Remote)

Core Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets, expanding the customer base and ensuring a strong market presence for solar products.
Team Leadership & Mentoring: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set individual sales goals and conduct one-on-one coaching, mentoring, and team training sessions.
Channel Development & Distribution: Build and maintain relationships with dealers, installers, EPC firms, and key commercial/industrial (C&I) clients to expand the distribution network.
Inventory & Logistics Management: Coordinate with inventory control to ensure product availability (panels, inverters, racking) while minimizing carrying costs and stockouts.
Market Intelligence & Marketing: Conduct regular market research to analyze competitor activities, customer needs, and emerging technologies. Collaborate with marketing for promotions and trade shows.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Use CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare weekly/monthly sales forecasts, revenue reports, and expense reports for senior management.
Field & Technical Operations: Lead teams on installations and assessments where required.
Project Management & Supervision: Supervision & Spot checks on the quality of installation works.

Qualifications & skills

BSc. in any related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and motivating sales teams.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of PV systems, inverters, and battery storage solutions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N300,000 monthly.
