Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, stock control, and the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records while ensuring operational efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, receipts, and dispatches.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
• Ensure proper arrangement, labeling, and storage of products for easy identification and retrieval.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests when necessary.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, losses, and stock variances.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, security, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, sales, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare regular warehouse and inventory reports for management.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure accuracy and prevent damage to goods.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and reduce operational costs.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management procedures.
• Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
