We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Territory Sales Executive – Southwest

Location: Osun

What You'll Do
Sales Execution & Target Achievement:

Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales volume and value targets across assigned products and sales channels.
Execute sales plans to achieve territory growth and profitability objectives.
Ensure product availability across assigned retail and wholesale outlets.

Territory Development:

Identify and develop new retail outlets, wholesalers, and distribution opportunities within the assigned territory.
Expand the active customer base and strengthen market coverage.
Drive market penetration to increase brand visibility and market share.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other trade partners.
Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining excellent service standards.
Ensure consistent engagement with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.

Route-to-Market (RTM) Execution:

Execute structured call cycles and route plans to maximize sales productivity.
Monitor route efficiency and recommend improvements where necessary.
Ensure compliance with company Route-to-Market strategies and sales processes.

Merchandising & Trade Activation:

Execute merchandising standards to improve product visibility and shelf presence.
Support promotional activities, trade activations, and in-store marketing initiatives.
Monitor product displays and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

Sales Reporting & Market Intelligence:

Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, promotional campaigns, and market developments.
Gather customer and consumer feedback and provide actionable insights to management.

What We're Looking For
Qualifications:

B.Sc. or HND in any relevant discipline.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 - 5 years' field sales experience, preferably within the FMCG industry or a similar sector.
Proven experience in retail sales, open market sales, and distributor management.
Hands-on experience in route planning, merchandising, and sales activation.

Core Skills & Competencies:

Strong Route-to-Market (RTM) execution skills.
Sales negotiation and closing skills.
Territory development and market expansion.
Merchandising and product visibility management.
Knowledge of General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and Emerging Markets.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Commercial awareness and business acumen.
Good analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
