About the Role

We are seeking a Director, Customer Technical Services to join our team in Makati, National Capital Region (NCR). This role is crucial for leading our customer support initiatives and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Experience with cross-border payments is a plus.
Proficiency in AI utilization is advantageous.
Public speaking skills and cultural awareness are beneficial.
