About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Executive Floor Agent to join our team in Metro Manila. This is an on-site position where you will play a vital role in ensuring guests have a memorable experience. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins and check-outs while providing exceptional service. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and complete the check-in process efficiently.
Process guest departures and handle payments accurately.
Demonstrate knowledge of hotel offerings and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
Use up-selling techniques to recommend hotel amenities and services.
Respond to guest requests promptly and resolve any concerns effectively.

Requirements

Previous experience in a guest service or front office role is preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Positive attitude and a genuine passion for guest service.
Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) is an advantage.
Excellent multitasking skills to handle various tasks simultaneously.
