About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Warehouse Associate to join our team in Calabarzon. This is an on-site position where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for various tasks that support inventory management and logistics. If you are a high school graduate with a keen interest in warehouse operations, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities

Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments accurately.
Pick, pack, and stage materials for production or shipment efficiently.
Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts regularly.
Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management systems.
Assist in labeling and storing products correctly.
Keep storage areas clean and organized for safety and efficiency.
Report discrepancies, damages, or quality issues promptly.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth material flow.
Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives within the warehouse.

Requirements

At least a high school graduate with a strong work ethic.
Knowledgeable in inventory and warehouse management systems.
Ability to use barcode scanners or mobile devices effectively.
Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Willingness to be assigned in Maunong, Calamba Laguna.
Can start immediately with complete government requirements.
Experience in warehouse or logistics is a plus.
