About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level CNC Programmer to join our team in Tanauan, CALABARZON. This is an onsite position where you will develop and optimize CNC machining programs. You will work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure high-quality production. Responsibilities

• Develop CNC machining programs using Mastercam and Siemens NX for various projects.
• Select and define appropriate cutting tools to enhance machining operations.
• Create detailed setup guides to streamline manufacturing processes.
• Review engineering drawings and CAD models to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
• Continuously improve machining processes for efficiency and quality.
• Provide technical support to the shop floor to facilitate smooth operations.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

Requirements

• Engineering or Technical related course is required.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in CNC programming is essential.
• Knowledgeable in operating CNC machines as a machinist.
• Proficient in G-code and M-code programming.
• Familiar with GD&T principles and reading engineering blueprints.
• Experience with high-speed machining techniques is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are preferred.
