About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level HR Data Scientist to join our team in a Hybrid in Makati work model. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in HR analytics and data visualization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of HR metrics and supporting data-driven decision-making within the organization. Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR metrics across various reports.
Manage the HR metrics reporting calendar to meet organizational needs.
Collaborate with the HR Technology team to enhance data systems.
Design and improve dashboards and reports for better insights.
Conduct analyses of HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop a predictive people analytics roadmap to guide future initiatives.
Support external data submissions to comply with regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in HR analytics or a related data function.
Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors.
Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools.
Expert-level attention to detail in data accuracy.
