About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Outage Superintendent to join our team in Mariveles, Central Luzon. This onsite role requires a dedicated professional to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of facility outages. You will ensure adherence to the Outage Management Guideline while delivering safe and high-quality outages. If you have a strong background in engineering and experience in coal power plants, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

Lead the lifecycle of facility outages to ensure timely execution.
Ensure compliance with Outage Management Guidelines for safety and quality.
Synchronize technical maintenance scope with cost control measures.
Mitigate commercial risks to protect project budgets effectively.
Optimize resources to meet Outage Readiness and Execution targets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Electronics Engineering.
Registered engineer with valid credentials.
At least three years of experience in coal power plants.
Minimum of two years in a leadership role.
