Mid-Level QMS & Compliance Engineer On-site in Tanauan

About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level QMS & Compliance Engineer to join our team in Tanauan, CALABARZON. This onsite role requires a strong background in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and compliance standards such as AS9100 and ISO9001. You will play a vital role in developing and implementing quality processes that ensure our products meet industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Quality Management System that aligns with AS9100 standards.
• Coordinate the approval and release of QMS records to maintain compliance.
• Ensure adherence to document maintenance and review cycles for quality assurance.
• Lead initiatives aimed at standardizing quality processes across the organization.
• Support audit preparations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or QMS roles.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 and ISO9001 standards.
• In-depth understanding of core quality tools such as PFMEA and Control Plans.
• Experience in leading audits and managing corrective actions effectively.
