About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Safety Officer to join our team in Tanauan, CALABARZON. In this role, you will ensure our organization meets EASA rules and standards. You will play a key part in maintaining product safety and compliance in our operations. Responsibilities

Ensure organizational compliance with EASA rules and standards.
Conduct thorough reviews and gap analyses of EASA requirements.
Develop, update, and maintain safety manuals and procedures.
Investigate product safety incidents and concerns.
Deliver training on regulatory and safety topics to staff.
Act as a subject matter expert for EASA and product safety issues.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation, Safety, Quality, or related field.
6+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or QMS roles.
Strong knowledge of EASA rules and standards.
Experience performing regulatory gap analysis and compliance assessments.
Familiarity with product safety processes and procedures.
