About the Role

We are seeking a skilled A320 Captain to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This on-site position requires a minimum of 4000 hours of flying experience, including time on the Airbus A320. The ideal candidate will hold an ATPL License and have a strong understanding of aircraft systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while following all operational protocols.

Responsibilities

Conduct flights in compliance with aviation standards.
Ensure safety and comfort for all passengers during flights.
Liaise with co-pilots and dispatch teams before flights.
Monitor fuel efficiency and performance during flights.
Conduct pre-flight briefings for crew readiness.
Ensure compliance with the Airline Operations Manual.
Cooperate with Maintenance Engineers on aircraft issues.
Maintain accurate technical logs and records for flights.

Requirements

Minimum of 4000 hours of flying experience required.
Experience with Airbus A320 is preferred.
Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and procedures.
Exposure to QA, safety, and audit procedures.
Ability to implement policies and procedures effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
High accuracy and attention to detail in tasks.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
