About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Painter to join our team in Sharjah. This role involves performing both new and maintenance painting work in various residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification and demonstrate a positive attitude while working in a multicultural environment. Responsibilities

Perform new and maintenance painting tasks in residential and commercial buildings.
Inspect surfaces to identify defects and prepare them for painting.
Paint the interior and exterior of structures to meet quality standards.
Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by cleaning and priming.
Mix paint and other materials to achieve the desired color and texture.
Report the status of assigned tasks to the Engineer-in-Charge regularly.

Requirements

Possess a relevant qualification for the painting position.
Demonstrate manual dexterity and good basic mathematical skills.
Show knowledge of painting materials and commercial painting techniques.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
Willingness to work on a shift pattern (24/7) and long hours.
