About the Role

Join our prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai as a Front Office Host. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless check-in experience. You will work on a full-time basis, with shifts that may vary, providing you with the opportunity to engage with guests from around the world.

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and complete the check-in process.
Process guest departures and handle payments efficiently.
Demonstrate knowledge of hotel offerings and local attractions.
Recommend hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience.
Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.

Requirements

Passion for hospitality and guest service.
Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Problem-solving skills to address guest inquiries.
Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is a plus.
