About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Host/ess to join our vibrant team in Dubai. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless dining experience. Your excellent grooming and strong interpersonal skills will help create a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires fluency in English, and knowledge of MICROS and OpenTable is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests at the restaurant to create a positive first impression.
Seat guests promptly at tables based on their preferences and availability.
Set up the host/hostess stand and manage incoming phone calls effectively.
Make recommendations for room set-up to enhance the guest experience.
Maintain a station chart and cover count to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in a similar role within 5-star luxury hotels.
Outgoing and joyful personality that enhances guest interactions.
Ability to manage a team of host/esses effectively.
Strong communication skills to engage with guests and staff.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
