About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Junior Host/Hostess in a casual dining setting in Dubai. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth dining experience. You will work on a full-time basis, with shifts that may vary, including evenings and weekends. Enjoy a vibrant work environment where your interpersonal skills shine.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests at the restaurant with a friendly smile.
Seat guests according to their preferences and restaurant flow.
Set up the host/hostess stand and manage phone calls.
Maintain the station chart and cover count for accurate service.

Requirements

1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience in 5-star luxury hotels is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of MICROS and OpenTable systems.
