About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Laundry Operations Team Member to join our team in Dubai. This on-site role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in laundry operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring that all linen is processed efficiently and meets our quality standards. Responsibilities

Inspect and label incoming linen accurately.
Generate and assign labels using the Laundry Management System.
Sort and segregate linen based on care label requirements.
Operate washing and dry-cleaning machinery safely.
Finish and press garments with care.
Conduct final quality checks and maintain records.
Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed.
Fold, bag, and package cleaned items efficiently.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in laundry operations is preferred.
Basic English communication skills are necessary.
Basic PC skills to operate the Laundry Management System.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Good communication skills to interact with team members.
Experience in the aviation or hospitality industry is a plus.
