About the Role

Join our team as a Laundry Team Member in a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation that our guests expect. You will work on-site, with shifts that may vary, ensuring that all linen and garments are processed efficiently. Responsibilities

Inspect and label incoming linen for processing.
Use the Laundry Management System (LMS) to generate labels.
Sort linen based on care labels and soiling levels.
Operate washing and dry-cleaning machines effectively.
Perform hand-finishing and pressing on garments.
Conduct quality checks on completed laundry items.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the laundry area.
Package cleaned items for delivery.
Keep accurate records of cleaning cycles and inspections.
Assist at laundry outlets as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent education.
Minimum 1 year of experience in laundry operations.
Basic English communication skills (B2 level).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good computer skills for using laundry systems.
Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
