We are seeking a dedicated Junior Restaurant Assistant Server to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will support the Server in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. You will engage with customers, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining the high standards of our luxury brand. Responsibilities

• Assist the Server in providing an expertly served dining experience.
• Describe the selection of food and beverage menu items to guests.
• Communicate guest orders to the kitchen efficiently.
• Coordinate food timings to ensure timely service.
• Check completed kitchen orders against the guest’s original order.
• Transport items to the guest table with care.
• Anticipate guest needs and ascertain their satisfaction.
• Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.

Requirements

• Have experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
• Possess a high level of understanding of food and wine.
• Be proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Show an outgoing personality and a can-do approach.
