Mid-Level Cluster Sales Executive - On-site in Dubai

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand market reach.
• Build strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to clients.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections to showcase offerings.
• Maintain pre- and post-event communication to meet client needs.
• Organize and support marketing initiatives to promote the hotel cluster.
• Represent the hotel cluster at industry events to network and build connections.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines for effective tracking.
• Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management.
• Achieve or exceed revenue targets and client satisfaction goals consistently.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales role within the hotel industry.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle tasks.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in proposals and reports.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Problem-solving abilities to address client needs and challenges.
