About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Steward to join our team at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. This role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas. You will work on a full-time basis, with shifts that may vary, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are cleaned to the highest standards. You will also enjoy meals during your shifts and have the opportunity to earn tips through excellent service.

Responsibilities

Clean and wash dishes according to performance standards.
Wash pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils.
Empty rubbish bins according to garbage schedules.
Understand cleaning procedures and use of dishwashing machines.
Provide courteous and efficient service at all times.
Work in a team environment and adapt to different sub-departments as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace.
Attend and contribute to staff meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

Experience in hospitality preferred.
Knowledge of stewarding operational standards.
Ability to work efficiently during busy meal periods.
Good communication skills in English (B2 level).
Team player with a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
