About the Role

Join our fine dining restaurant in Dubai as a Waiter. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional guest service. You will work in a vibrant environment, serving high-quality dishes and beverages. Shifts are typically 8 hours long, with a mix of day and evening shifts. Enjoy a competitive service charge and tips on top of your salary.

Responsibilities

Greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival.
Maintain LQA service standards for the outlet.
Know all food and beverage menu items and preparation methods.
Serve and clear food and beverage items professionally.
Utilize the POS system for sales and cash-out procedures.
Ascertain guests’ satisfaction and handle any issues.
Maintain a clean and orderly restaurant.
Conduct daily shift briefings and assist in training colleagues.

Requirements

Experience in food and beverage service.
Strong communication skills.
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a demanding environment.
