Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing and new accounts to enhance client satisfaction.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Prepare and present proposals and contracts that meet client needs and expectations.
• Conduct sales calls and client meetings to discuss services and solutions.
• Maintain pre- and post-event communication to ensure client engagement.
• Organize marketing initiatives to promote the hotel cluster effectively.
• Represent the hotel cluster at industry events to enhance visibility and networking.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related sales role.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated passion for exceeding sales targets and client expectations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in proposals and reports.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus for client interactions.
