About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Cluster Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will focus on acquiring and managing both new and existing clients within the hospitality sector. Your expertise in customer relations and market analysis will be essential as you identify new business opportunities and drive sales initiatives. This position requires a proactive approach and a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

Acquire and manage new and existing clients to enhance revenue streams.
Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Plan and execute sales activities to meet or exceed targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
Deliver sales training sessions to hotel teams to improve performance.
Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies.

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a 5-star hotel.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills for effective client interactions.
Show ability to achieve sales targets consistently.
Be proactive and self-motivated in pursuing sales goals.
Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
