About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, you will assist in managing a specific kitchen section while ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation. You will work closely with the Chef de Partie and other kitchen staff to create exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie in overseeing a designated section of the kitchen.
• Prepare and cook dishes following standard recipes and quality benchmarks.
• Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure proper preparation, storage, and maintenance of ingredients and equipment.
• Track hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Participate in menu development and product tasting sessions.
• Assist in training new staff and provide ongoing coaching.
• Collaborate with other kitchen sections for smooth operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent professional training is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety rules.
• Ability to supervise and guide junior kitchen staff effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Creativity and willingness to engage in menu development.
