About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Technical Records Officer to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This on-site position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in data recording and maintenance scheduling. The ideal candidate will have experience with computerized fleet management systems and technical documentation. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of aircraft records and supporting compliance with aviation regulations.

Responsibilities

Track and evaluate maintenance and inspection records for compliance.
Ensure accurate data recording in logbooks and computerized systems.
Coordinate technical queries from engineering and maintenance teams.
Prepare aircraft records for re-deliveries to meet regulatory standards.
Generate monthly utilization reports for departments to aid decision-making.
Support Civil Aviation Authority approvals for airworthiness certificates.
Conduct analysis and produce reports for management to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Hold a higher diploma or certificate in Management or a related field.
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially with advanced Excel skills.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Training in compliance and document control is a plus.
Experience in the aviation industry is advantageous.
Familiarity with Airbus A320 operations is beneficial.
