About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated On-site Receptionist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is essential for creating a welcoming environment for our guests. As the first point of contact, you will ensure that each guest receives exceptional service. Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and complete the check-in process efficiently.
Process guest departures and handle payments accurately.
Demonstrate knowledge of hotel offerings and the local area to assist guests.
Recommend hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences.
Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.
