Senior HR Shared Services Manager - On-site in Sharjah

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership oversight for centralized Payroll, Staff Travel, and Employee Services.
• Implement and maintain a centralized shared services model within HR.
• Build a high-performing HR Shared Services Team to enhance service delivery.
• Drive ongoing improvements by standardizing and automating HR processes.
• Create strategy and tactical plans for a seamless employee experience.
• Monitor performance against defined standards to ensure service excellence.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee experience through feedback and analysis.
• Oversee Payroll function ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Manage Employee Services and Staff Travel functions efficiently.
• Enhance employee experience in insurance benefits processes.
• Develop robust processes for system and data integrity.
• Generate analytical reports for management action and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of HR experience with a focus on shared services.
• 3+ years in a managerial role within HR.
• Experience in mid-sized organizations is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to guide teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
